Who do you work with?
Companies across Europe, typically with 50 or more employees. We adapt the scope to your size, teams, and goals.
How long does an assessment take?
Around 10 working days once we have agreed the scope, access, and participants. We run interviews in parallel, then review the findings with your teams.
Can you work across languages and countries?
Yes. We work with companies in Spain, France, the UK, and across Europe. We agree the languages and local needs at the start.
How do you handle company data?
We agree confidentiality, access, storage, and retention before collecting data. Any data-processing agreement is reviewed with your team.
What happens to the software you build?
You get working software, documentation, and a clear handover. Ownership, licensing, and ongoing support are agreed before the project starts.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the teams involved and the work required. We will give you a clear proposal after our first conversation, in EUR or GBP.
